I have recently joined Rachana. Having come to Nagpur from Bhopal, the entire atmosphere is new. Normally it takes a bit of time to fit into the organizational climate and environment. I have been associated with the company since 2004. I had joined Rachana as a Site Engineer. Giving due consideration to my sincere efforts, I was given independent charge of many sites, and, in recognition for the efforts put in by me, I have been elevated to the present designation.

Mrs. Neeta Deokate - Asst. Manager – Purchase

I have been associated with the company since 2006. I had joined them as a Receptionist, but my zeal for learning was duly recognized and I was duly given on the job training which made me handle various aspects of back office. Today I have been elevated to the executive cadre, and, I am happy that my quest for hard work has been recognized suitably by the company.

Mrs. Sarita Patil - Recovery Officer

I joined the company in March 2000, almost eleven years back. My appointment was in the capacity of an Office Assistant. However, looking into the sincere hardwork put in by me, I was given additional charge of following up with Clients for recoveries, which I am presently handling independently.

Mr. Raju Nakhale - Liaisoning Officer

I had joined Rachana in the year 2007. The best part I like about my association is that sincere efforts and hard work are duly recognized by the management, and, so long as you carry on your work sincerely, you are given the freedom of independence and the privilege to take decisions. I also enjoy the organizational environment, which boosts the morale of the employees.

Mr. Prahalad Tambuskar - Purchase Officer

I joined Rachana in 2006 and look after Purchases and making logistic arrangements at site. Having been associated with companies like B.G. Shirke of Pune, who had contractual civil work across the country, I had felt that I may be out of place at Rachana. But, today I am happy to be here as at Rachana we function like a close knit family. While the staff and executive cooperate, coordinate and assist each other in the day to day affairs, the support of management is always there as and when required.

Mr. Vinay Kulkarni - Civil Engineer

I am employed with Rachana since 2007. I look after the estimations and bill checking. The working atmosphere be it at site or at office is so very cordial that I never feel the burden of work pressure. Cooperation from colleagues is one thing which unites all of us and for this I am always thankful to the management as they try and ensure to keep the organization climate and environment healthy.

Mr. Ramesh Shinde - Landscape Supervisor

I have been associated with Mr. Shishir Diote and Mrs. Nilima Diote since 1995, when they were undertaking Govt. Contractual Work. My association with Rachana has been more like being a family member and I have never felt myself out of place at anytime.

I got employed with Rachana in 1998. Since that day I have never felt like moving away from the Group. All my needs are duly fulfilled and the management has always come to my assistance be it monetary or personal. I do not think that I can find a better employer than Rachana.

Nischal Gangane - Civil Engineer

I have been associated with Rachana since 2006 for their Estimations, Billing and Bills Checking. All through my career with Rachana I have enjoyed my work and would appreciate the systematic manner in which even the minutest thing is looked into and accounted for. There has always been transparency in working methods making the job easy. However, on account of unforeseen and personal reasons, I am leaving Rachana with a heavy heart and thank the management and colleagues for giving me such a nice work environment during my tenure at Rachana. I wish all success to the company in the years to come.

Shrikant Danke - Project Manager (Pune)

I was associated with Rachana as Project Manager for their sites at Pune. During my course of 3 years of service, I was given a free hand by the management to work independently on account of which I got to learn various managerial skills.
