FLOORING- Vitrified tile flooring of 2’.0” x 2’.0” size will be provided in all rooms
- 8” X 12” colored glazed tiles 7’.0’ height will be provided in toilets with matcing colored ceramic tile of 12” x 12” Flooring.
- Black Granite kitchen Otta will be provided in kitchen including stainless steel sink.
PAINTING - Oil bound with primer and putty will be provided internally for all walls.
- 'Snowcem' and 'Sandtex' for exterior surface. All doors will be oil painted except main door which will be laminated from outside.
COMMON FACILITIES- Underground and overhead water tank with adequate storage capacity with provision of pump.
- Common T.V. antenna and cable connection points in living room.
- Compound wall with entrance gates
- Parking space exclusively allotted; 2 car park to each unit holder with proper flooring.
- Chequered tile flooring in parking and paving blocks all around building excluding garden area.
R.C.C. STRUCTER & WALLING- Earthquake resistant R.C.C. frame structer.
- All external and internal brick walls will be in 6"thick brick masonry.
- Internal plaster will be neeroo finished in cement mortar.
- External Plaster will be sand faced plaster
DOORS & WINDOWS- Wooden door frames with flushed door pannels for internal doors & decorative laminated flush door panel for main entrance.
- Toilet doors will be of laminated flush doors. All the fittings for door will be M.S. Powder coated.
- Powder coated aluminium windows of suitable size with M.S guard grill will be provided.
ELECTRIFICATION- Living Room: 3.5 light points + 2 nos. 5 AMP points for T.V. & Music System.
- Kitchen: 3.5 light points + 1 power point for fridge
- Bedroom: 3.5 light points each
- Bath & W.C.: 2 light points + 1 Exhaust fan point + 1 power point for geyser
- Toilets: 1 light point + Exhaust fan point + 1 Power point
- Passage: 1 light point + 1 No. 5AMP. Point for washing machine.
PLUMBING- Concealed plumbing will be provided in toilets and kitchen. Common toilet will be provided with pastel colored I.W.C. pan and attached toilet will be provided with E.W.C. & wash basin of suitable size. All sanitary ware in 'Hindware' or 'Parryware' or equivalent make.
- Hot and Cold mixer will be provided in all toilets, provision for washing machine 'Aquaguard' will be made in passage & over kitchen otta respectively
- All Sanitary fitting will be of "Jaquar", "Metro" or equivalent make.
