MR.SHISHIR DIOTE, Managing Director, and, promoter of the company, is a qualified civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in the field of civil construction. Being a man in search for the quest of creativity, he has travelled far and wide across the globe in search of aesthetic and ecstatic elevations, and, improved techniques in modern construction. He uses his acumen in the Technical, Financial and Business Development aspects of the Company.

Being concerned for betterment, growth and development of the Real Estate Industry he has been associated with lead organizations, forums and associations as a contributory member.
His Credentials :
MRS.NILIMA DIOTE, spouse of Mr.Shishir, assists him in the day to day business as Executive Director. By qualification she is B.Tech, DBM, and has vast experience in the field of Real Estate Industry. She uses her expertise in the areas of Administration, Marketing and Purchase.

MR.RAUNAK DIOTE - The future of any forward thinking organization lies in the young and progressive and Mr. Raunak Diote is no exception. Currently he is studying but as a future director of the company he has already shown his potential in the field of Administration, innovative ideas and refreshing views to help in achieving the targeted goals.
