KITCHEN OTTA- Modular Otta with 10ft. Granite top and Stainless Steel Sink.
PLUMBING- Internal Concealed Fittings.
ELECTRIFICATION- Concealed ISI Mark wiring with necessary Light Points and Provision for Concealed TV/Cable and Telephone Points.
WATER PROFFING- Special waterproofing treatment to Toilet & Top floor Terrace.
EARTHQUAKE : - Provision to withstand earthquake tremors on structural design.
