Mr. Raunak Diote an architect by education, is the dynamic second generation leader at Rachana Constructions. Having worked at prestigious companies in Mumbai, Raunak brings to the company a fresh perspective and sound technical knowledge of the craft of building. A perfectionist with a penchant for innovation and an eye for detail, he diligently heads construction operations and design team at Rachana Construction.

A veteran professional in property development with extensive experience in development,sales and marketing, Ms. Shruti Diote played a pivotal role in the growth of the company's home market.
Her major assignments include compliance of various Corporate Laws and she ensures good Corporate Governance within the Rachana Construction Company. She handles the Legal Department with the sense of core responsibility towards the growth of the company.
Ms. Shruti Diote is a qualified Real Estate Professional, graduate from Nagpur University and currently pursuing Global Family Business Management.
