Before Rachana became a company, it was a personal dream. Shishir Diote had seen his father struggle to build a home for his family. He understood what that journey demanded, and it left him with a conviction that something so important in a family's life should not have to be so difficult. In 2000, he turned that conviction into Rachana. What began with the dream of making housing more accessible gradually grew into a pursuit of better design, better use of space and homes that could go beyond expectations.
