Our Initiatives
Rachana Beyond Construction.
Building homes was where our journey began. Over time, our curiosity and sense of responsibility have taken us beyond construction, into agriculture, hospitality and community initiatives. Different ventures. Different ambitions. But one underlying thought:
Create something meaningful. And make it matter

RACHANA FARMS
Rooted in the Land. Looking to the Future
At Rachana Farms, our relationship with the land has grown into a pursuit of sustainable and technology-led agriculture. With a land bank of more than 500 acres, the farms work across fruits, vegetables and floriculture while exploring modern approaches to farming. From organic practices to aeroponics and hydroponics, the focus is on finding better ways to grow while remaining mindful of the land. The ambition is larger than producing food. It is about creating awareness, sharing knowledge and demonstrating what the future of responsible farming can look like.
RACHANA HOSPITALITY
The Art of Making People Feel At Home
There is a natural connection between creating spaces and creating experiences. Rachana Hospitality brings that thinking into a different world, where comfort, service and the feeling of being looked after take centre stage. It is another expression of something we have always believed: The spaces we create should leave people with something to remember.
RACHANA FOUNDATION
Building Beyond What We Build.
The communities around us have always been part of the Rachana story. Through the Rachana Foundation and our community initiatives, we work towards making a meaningful difference to the people we are connected to. From supporting construction workers and their families to initiatives around education, health and welfare, the focus remains close to people and their everyday needs. Because growth means more when it reaches beyond the organisation itself.
Explore stories, ideas and insights from across the Rachana Group — from the way we build and create spaces to our work in hospitality, farming, community initiatives and sustainable development.
